Finnaly!:quick update

Quick update:Finnaly the graduation gowns,hat,etc. arrived today! We couldn't make 8gowns,hat,and more in 2weeks, so we decided to buy some. They are amazing! We are expecting 700-1000people at the graduation/Christmas party.

Hey guys. The American Christian Acadamy crew is already looking toward the future. They have been looking into templates for the new website,books,etc. We are so excited to have the next year come and can't wait!

one step closer

We are one step closer to the library being completed after Clinton [who is a friend of ours] donated to the library. I would like to thank him for his generosity and how excited he is about this to. I also want to thank him for being our first person to donate and how he could help out. We are still needing money though, allot of money. The school hasn't got any money in but the library has once again thanks to Clinton.

Times running out

The American Christian Academy crew is running low on time as they will be heading to the United States in less then 3weeks and the money is needed by December 10th! We, like I said are going to be needing a grand total of $1000 by March,2011. The library is going to be a place where kids can stay after school and do their homework and have quite unlike at their houses. Kids are going to be shown the love of Christ through us. We've encountered some difficulties but we're going to have to look beyond that and see what lies ahead.

By January 14(don't take my word yet),2011 we are going to be underway teaching the kids. If you look beyond the facilities we have you will see the amazing things that lie ahead. By 2012 I hope this will be one of the best school in South Africa. Can you imagine a 100% pass rate and they all make it into university. They get scholarships and study in different countries. Now that would be a miracle.

We are needing people who will donate monthly so we will be able to afford the resources and books. We start out the library small. Small as in as small as a wendyhouse. The house will be fine until we accompany more kids in the school. We and Viva Village are trying to get a hold of land around us. Leon (He is building the infrastructure) will be taking trash and make a powerplant to generate electricity. We will have a restaurant on site at the school. We are hoping to get 200[or so] painters and and each painter will paint a shack  and also paint his signature on it. We are then going to get a local and have him walk through the place where local and international tourists will come. We are encouraging the people to make things such as necklaces and bracelets to sell to the people on their way by.

Looking toward the future

The future holds great treasures and we're heading the right direction. The B2C team has been writing newsletters on this year and have been preparing for the year to come. We will leave to the US on the 8th of December,2010. Frikkie [our business teacher] will be leaving out on the 6th of December. We will visit the following places:
Ohio
California
Oklahoma
Texas
Nevada
etc.

During our time in the US the team will be gathering sponsors as well as realxing and having a break in preparation for the upcoming year. We will be needing a grand total of $1000 and that goal needs to be reached by March,2011. We are looking for people who will sponsor monthly so we can get new books every month. Kids will be rewarded by their behavior.

Were needing money

Hi,
American Christian acadamy library is needing the money for the software. We will be needing it by 8th of December. Ya, the 8th, thats less then a month. Please can you help make this possible By donating. This school is going to be one of the best in years to come.God will play his part if we play ours. Please help.

We have over 200books sofar to put in the system and that will take days. So we need it as soon as possible. Please if you can donate. If its ten dollars that fine. That still means were 1 step closer. Please. Don't forget if you donate that you read what the text says by please donate on the right. Hey guys. We (American Christian Acadamy) are heading in the right direction. We have the books and now we need the software. The software is called Baslogue and it is a great software for cataloging and is used in libraries.The software cost $90 and the barcode scanner (you probably see it when the walmart employees scan your items) is $50. American Christian Acadamy is needing $140 to get the library started. This is the beginning and there is much more in store for the future.

This library will be great in years to come. If you are wondering why only a library. This is a extension of a school in Alaska,Mamelodi and the school is going to be called American Christian Acadamy. By investing in this you are giving back to God by investing in things that will be used to share His glory and Word.
